Hi, Thank you for your comment. Yes I am aware of that. In Vienna, Austria we already have new and very restricting laws for Airbnb investors and rent prices are regulated by the government to ensure affordable housing. However i don’t think that attacking or protesting against investors is the right move, as most of us are still living in capitalist societies and people will try and make money any way possible and legal. Those neighborhoods should rather contact their local officials in order to try and change laws and regulations that benefit everybody or at least find a compromise. For example have a new law that restricts setting up Airbnb rentals in specific residential areas.
